After two c-sections and very little after care I have really loved my sessions with Ruth! My c-section scar now looks lighter in colour and feels softer to touch. I have also noticed a reduction in tightness at the edges. The massage itself is very relaxing with very light pressure. At the end of my first session Ruth kindly shared some movements I can also do independently which will continue to help my scar.
